Talent Acquisition Partner, Cambridge, £350pd outside IR35, Until March 2022 with potential to go perm.

Your new company
Hays are proud to be working with a leading global pharmaceutical company with headquarters in Cambridge which is looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract talent into their Oncology R&D team.

Your new role
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and delivering Talent Acquisition strategies - in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team Lead/Partner/GTAqL, Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners, and Senior Business Leaders to identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals. With the right capability and skills in a timely and cost efficient manner. Will involve proactively anticipating talent needs, developing and executing sourcing plans, conducting direct sourcing activity, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and managing the hiring administration process. Carries an appropriate personal requisition load in line with annual targets.

This will involve proactive activity, developing and executing sourcing plans, building talent pipelines, conducting direct sourcing activity, research, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and managing the hiring administration process.

This role is full lifecycle recruitment in a very hands on and fast-paced environment where you will advise, coach and influence hiring managers to ensure best in class service delivery to the business and candidates.

You will build strong trusting relationships both with internal stakeholders and candidates and ensure both have a good experience with Talent Acquisition throughout the process.

You will work with 3rd party vendors on occasion for niche hard to fill roles but you will be targeted on a direct fill rate - utilising our internal Talent Scout for senior hires and internal recruitment marketing teams for campaigns. Collating feedback and providing hiring metrics and data analytics on performance and reporting to identify areas for continuous improvement will also be key in this role.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for individuals who will have experience of the full life cycle recruitment process ideally with a background working in complex in-house or MSP or RPO environments. A background in BioTech or Pharma recruitment would be an advantage but it is not essential.

Most importantly we are looking for a proactive recruiter who has proven experience sourcing talent using various channels and thinking outside the box to go above and beyond expectations. Strong communication skills and proven senior stakeholder management a must. You will possess excellent persuading and influencing skills with a customer focused and results orientated approach.

What you'll get in return
You will be working as part of a cutting-edge in-house Talent Acquisition Function for a global pharmaceutical company based in the heart of Cambridge and this is a great opportunity to engage, inspire, persuade and influence at a senior level.

The remuneration is competitive at £350 per day, possibly more for exceptional candidates during this 6-month contract. This role is outside IR35.

Flexible working options available. You will be expected to be in the Cambridge office 2 days a week.
