You will be joining a financial services organisation (public sector) in London, with a very flexible hybrid working model.
Your new role
This role is integral in providing specialist and technical training support to a dedicated hub of employees within the organisation, to enable them to perform their jobs effectively. Working collaboratively with other Lead Trainers, you will proactively research and ensure the best training methods are used, along with providing up to date and relevant content. Training delivery will be a big part of this role, which will also involve the ability to deliver blended training within a hybrid working environment. Furthermore, you will evaluate capability levels and make sure any skills gaps are met, whilst advising management teams and encouraging continuous development of the service.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced trainer/L&D professional, with expertise within a financial services environment. You will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and will be au fait in handling changing priorities and demands.
