The Health Board provides a full range of primary, community, mental health, acute and elective hospital services for a population of over 600,000 citizens across South East Wales.

 

We are seeking a talented and innovative individual to join the Team and be at the forefront of the Organisational Development strategy for the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. The successful post holder will provide senior level, highly specialised Organisational Development advice across all strategic change initiatives and will ensure the alignment of the Aneurin Bevan Health Board strategies and policies to support the organisational change agenda of the Health Board and its partners.  This role acts as direct support to the Assistant Director of Workforce and Organisational Development in the delivery of the Organisational Development, Well-being and Workforce agendas.

 

The role involves, line-managing senior Organisational Development practitioners, working with senior clinicians and managers in the development and delivery of an Organisational Development Strategy to support the Health Board’s strategic and operational plans.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
