An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a big brand in Manchester as a Recruitment Business Partner on a permanent basis. My client is a successful, international, fast paced and very innovative brand within the sporting industry. The company has gone through a huge transformation programme over the last 2 years which has seen the HR function double in size.
Your new role
In your new role as a Recruitment Business Partner, you will be reporting directly into the Head of HR Operations. The primary focus of this role is to provide an exceptional candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience. You will be accountable for leading on the end-to-end recruitment process for the business and be the person responsible in having discussions with leadership about there people plans in order to market map successfully. This role will give you the opportunity to showcase your passion and drive while bringing in innovative ideas and identifying trends in the market. The successful candidate will be an expert in their field and possess strong influencing and coaching skills and exceptional stakeholder management skills. This role is a great opportunity for a recruiter who is wanting to take their next step and take a lead on the strategic side.
