You will be responsible for performance management and developing capability. You will be facilitating L&D activities and finding the right solutions. You will be leading on process improvement and overseeing absence management. You will work alongside a recruitment lead to assist on senior recruitment. You will be leading on ER case work. This role would be perfect for a strong HR Generalist.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to have proven experience with all of the above. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced changing environment.
