Are you looking for an opportunity as HR Manager, up to £60k + £5k Car Allowance, to work as part of the Site Senior Management Team, and develop the site People Strategy for this successful Manufacturing business. Based in Telford.
As HR Manager you will lead the HR and Health and Safety functions. Reporting into the General Manager, you will develop the People strategy which will encompass Engagement, Talent Development and Succession, as well as Employee Relations and Recruitment.
As an experienced HR Manager CIPD Level 7, or equivalent you will have worked in a Manufacturing/ Engineering organisation previously, and be comfortable with both strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
