Your new company
We are currently working with a long standing organisation based in South Oxfordshire, who are currently looking to hire a stand alone HR Manager to oversee the function. This is a permanent, full time role which will require an on site presence.
Your new role
As HR Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the function. You will work closely with senior leaders and managers within the organisation to deliver the people strategy effectively. You will also provide guidance and advice across the business on Recruitment and ER Matters. You will be involved with recruiting, talent planning and the on boarding of new employees.
What you'll need to succeed
In the order to be successful for the position of HR Manager, you will have previous experience of a generalist HR role at a similar level. Previous experience of working in a stand alone capacity would be desirable. You will have good influential skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
