Talent Manager - South Oxfordshire - £40,000 - £45,000

Your new company
Due to rapid growth, this prestige organisation is currently looking to recruit the new role of Talent Manager on a full time permanent basis. You will mainly be based from their South Oxfordshire offices, with occasional travel in the UK. You will be joining a small, collaborative HR team reporting to the HR Director.

Your new role
As Talent Manager, you will be responsible for meeting hiring requirements across the organisations at varying levels of seniority. You will work closely with line managers and external parties, advising on best process and practise. You will also work with the wider HR team on workforce planning and people development.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for the role of Talent Manager, you will have experience in hiring roles across multiple disciplines. You will have proven experience working with business leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies and processes. Some general HR knowledge and experience would be an advantage but not essential.
