We are currently working with a leading, rapidly growing, international organisation. They are currently looking for an experienced HR generalist to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract in the full time role of HR Advisor. The offices are based in South Oxfordshire however hybrid/remote working opportunities are available.
Your new role
As HR Advisor, you will support the HR Director in the day to day running of the function in this ever changing organisation. You will take ownership of appraisal and on boarding processes for new and existing employees. You will provide advice and guidance to line managers across the business on er matters and legislation updates. You will have line management responsibility for the HR Administrator, providing support and training analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for the role of HR Advisor, you will be an experienced HR generalist. you have experience providing advice to employees at varying levels of seniority. You will have a good knowledge of UK employment law and legislation and an excellent attention to detail.
