Our Charity client is recruiting a Recruitment Advisor to join their team of 4 to support the organisation with the recruitment of Social care professionals.
Your new role
As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:
* Designing job adverts
* Sifting CVs
* Liaising with agencies
* Vetting checks
* Advise hiring managers
* Risk assessments
* Design interview questions
* Recruitment reports
* Ensure job offers and contracts are up to date
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as a Recruitment Advisor you must have previous experience as a Recruitment professional within the public sector, ideally charity/social care. You must also have proven experience of designing recruitment campaigns, undertaking vetting checks and understanding of employment legislation and its application to recruitment and recruitment best practice.
You must have a UK driving licence and have access to your own transport, this site is not accessible on public transport.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of up to £30,000 plus 27 days, flexible and hybrid working, parking onsite, occupational health scheme, pension and health insurance plan.
