Job Details
Our global client is looking for a Recruiter to join their team on an initial 3-month interim contract.
* ASAP start
* 3-month contract (high scope to extend beyond this)
* Recruiting to US/UK markets across board
* Completing end-to-end recruitment
* Occasionally assisting with junior hires and grad programmes
The role:
The bulk of your role will be within the US market. This is an end-to-end recruitment role so you will need to identify and manage candidates right through from sourcing to offer stages. You will be expected to assist on graduate programmes and junior hires, depending on market demand. There will be occasional assessment centres that you will be expected to assist with.
About you:
You will need previous global recruitment (not sector specific). You will need to be confident in stakeholder management and reporting to executive stakeholders and hiring managers within the business. You will have a confident market knowledge and a proactive approach to work. Campus experience is a desirable albeit not essential. You will be available asap and able to commit to the initial contract.
