HR Officer / Advisor

Full time permanent HR Officer/Advisor to join a manufacturing organisation based in Warrington

Your new company

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast moving manufacturing business based in Warrington. My client is seeking a professional HR Officer/Advisor on a permanent basis.
You will be working for an organisation that has 6 sites across the UK and 750 employees, specialising in the production of everyday household items.

Your new role

The role is being offered as full time Monday - Friday based on site initially with a view for Hybrid working once embedded, 3 days from the office and x 2 from home.
Some of your duties will include but not limited too
Employee relations including grievance, disciplinary, sickness
Recruitment
Policy and advise
Personnel documentation
HR Administration
HR Generalist
Face to face meetings
Reports
Involvement in company projects


What you'll need to succeed

Ideally you will come from FMCG or Logistics background
HR Experience
Ability to work at pace
be very well organised and efficient
