HR Advisor on a 3 Month FTC
Your new company
I am delighted to be working with a new client exclusively on the recruitment of an HR Advisor to join the HR function on a 3 month FTC. My client is about to go on an exciting journey and is looking for an HR generalist to support them through this period of change.
Your new role
Within your new role you will work alongside the HR function to support the business needs;
* Supporting on the implementation of a new HR System
* Working along side the HR manager on a TUPE Transfer
* Support and coach line managers to effectively manage employee relations issues that arise relating to discipline, grievance, attendance and performance management matters
* Support and lead HR projects
* Preparation of HR paperwork i.e. contract changes, offers of employment, change in circumstances etc
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this position you must have experience in the following;
* Experience leading or supporting on TUPE (IN.OUT)
* HR Generalist
* Worked in a similar role previously as an HR Advisor
* Experience working in a fast paced organisation
* CIPD L.5
