Do you want to work for a business that cares about more than the bottom line? Have you not found the right role yet that values your passion and commitment?  Do you want to work for a great business that will develop your skills and abilities, build on your HR experience and support your career aspirations?  Then this is the opportunity you have been looking for.  With flexibility on where and how you work – from home, hub or a mix of both, it’s a role with meaning and you will be making a difference to thousands of customers our client supports across the North West.

Supporting the People & Employment Manager, you will work proactively with colleagues in the People & Talent team to deliver an exceptional, customer focussed People service across the Group. You will have the responsibility for a true generalist role; working autonomously to solve problems and deliver to deadlines; guiding, coaching and supporting managers in a variety of employee relations matters whilst promoting a positive and rewarding working culture in line with our client’s way.

Our client are currently going through a period of change where we’re introducing a fully flexible and agile working policy to provide employees with a greater work life balance - the wellbeing of their people is truly at the heart of what they do. This is a great opportunity for a HR / People Advisor to join them on their journey and be involved in an exciting period of change from the outset.

As the successful candidate, you will be committed to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and nurturing and enhancing relationships with managers and colleagues across the Group.  You will have knowledge of employment law, policies and practices, managing complex employee relations matters, providing HR support and guidance and acting as an internal consultant to support organisational change.

If you are CIPD qualified and are keen to develop and take the next step in your HR / People career, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and knowledgeable team with a varied, interesting and challenging workload from the outset. You will also have access to coaching and mentoring from CIPD qualified staff.

As an agile worker you will be given the flexibility on where and how you work as well as a range of great benefits including company pension scheme, life assurance, employee assistance programme and 25 days holiday year plus bank holidays.

Our client is passionate about inclusion and they’d love to hear from people from diverse backgrounds for this role
