Our client are a market leader in the construction industry in Leicester and they are currently looking for an office administrator to provide administrative support to regional construction teams.
Your new role
Providing administrative support your duties will include:
* Creating work packs for construction teams
* Raising purchase order requisitions
* Data input into internal systems
* Completing internal tender/contract documents
* Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
* File management
* Updating data stores
* Providing excellent customer service handling queries
This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week from the Leicester office to start from 25th October. The role is initially temporary for 3 months but is a high possibility for the role to become permanent.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role the client are looking for an experienced Administrator, ideally someone with prior experience within utilities or construction. You will provide accurate and quality work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and be competent to work independently. You will have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with clients and construction personnel by telephone and email throughout the day. You will also have a high level of IT literacy and be competent using MS office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
