A HR Coordinator is required on a permanent basis based in Upminster

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Co-ordinator on a permanent basis. This role is based in Upminster and is office based. You will support around 2,500 colleagues across the UK.
Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and tailored HR administration service. You will be arranging investigations, disciplinaries and grievance hearings and often need to take minutes of those meetings. You will also be responsible for managing short term absence cases and probation periods. Previous experience of using HR Information Systems is essential as a large part of the role will be producing reports, and working proactively to use data in support of team objectives and identifying trends.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a generalist HR role is preferred. However candidates that have completed a HR degree or CIPD qualification will also be considered. You'll be detail-orientated, proactive, confident, diplomatic, and resilient, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
