This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join an organisation going through significant transformation and growth.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage the delivery of experienced hires across your finance specialism (Audit, Accountancy, Tax or similar).

You will drive employer branding and support on a number of recruitment projects, whilst ensuring an exceptional candidate / hiring-manager journey and, significant reduction in cost and time to hire.

Successful applicants MUST have financial services / audit / tax / accountancy specialism, with strong resourcing and stakeholder management skills.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated 'target smasher', with credibility, professionalism and a desire to succeed... In return, not only will be remunerated very well, you will also be developed, supported, mentored and offered a clear career path!

This role is remote working so, you can be based anywhere in the UK - some travel is required but, flexibility will swing both ways.
