This remote working HR Advisor opportunity has arisen to join a consulting, transformation and digital services business, delivering innovative solutions to transform and simplify the links between businesses. This UK wide organisation have a variety services and business models supporting other organisations within the public arena. This opportunity will cover the Cumbria region and will require travel to various services across the region, supporting with complex case work and development of human resources and process directly into the individual services.
Your new role
To deliver the full range of professional human resources services to clients, producing work of the highest possible standard, while complying with employment legislation and statutory regulations, policies and procedures, and in accordance with client contracts.
To provide an accurate and timely remote HR service, responding to telephone and email enquiries and supporting HR cases, ensuring accurate and timely recording of information.
To ensure a customer centric approach in the provision of services to support client retention.T
o delivery of HR projects, as and when required
To provide virtual and onsite support for clients as required, including advising at meetings, hearings, appeals, investigations.
To work closely with allocated client groups to build relationships, ascertain their business requirements and work with them to achieve.
To ensure client retention through effective relationship management and also identify opportunities to develop and grow the business.
To be an effective team player who contributes to the overall success of the HR function, supporting colleagues and teams when required.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in providing quality advice and guidance on high risk HR casework.#
Experience of managing a varied workload utilising personal organisation skills
Up to date knowledge, understanding and practical application of employment legislation and issues including diversity in employment.
Handling difficult and sensitive redundancy, discipline, capability and grievance casework.
Experience of establishing credibility with clients and communicating simply and persuasively about HR issues with non HR specialists
Experience of working directly with clients to resolve HR
