Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity that has been newly created to help develop and strengthen the organisation's recruitment function. In particular, you will focus on embedding and delivering effective talent attraction strategies and reducing the reliance on agency usage. Working in partnership with hiring managers, you will provide expert advice on the best routes to market and proactively carry out your own direct sourcing using a variety of media platforms, including LinkedIn. Furthermore, with an eye for continuous improvement, you will review and build on the organisation's recruitment practices, including the careers site and employee value proposition, along with ensuring the organisation's Diversity & Inclusion ambitions are threaded into the employee lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced recruitment professional, either in-house or agency, with strong market insight and excellent stakeholder management skills. You will be happy working autonomously, with the confidence to provide solutions and deliver on improvements to ways of working.
