HR Consultant

HR Consultancy, up to £60k pa + benefits, permanent post working form home, Bristol based HR Consultancy. Your role will be to work on workplace investigations for a range of clients from different sectors, including education, charities and SMEs.

The areas of work for the HR Consultancy include providing day to day HR support to a range of clients, undertaking investigations into employment issues, working with clients on projects such as consultation exercises, undertaking training for clients and working alongside our clients to help them to achieve their people management goals. Your new role
Your role will be to work on workplace investigations for a range of clients from different sectors, including education, charities and SMEs. The investigations, into grievances, disciplinary issues and complaints, are often complex and sensitive. You'll also play a key role supporting the wider work of the team, working on HR projects, providing training for clients and providing panel support for clients dealing with disciplinaries, grievances or appeal. HR consultants work remotely regardless of the current situation, but please be aware that you will be expected to come in the Bristol office occasionally to meet/work with the team in person. The role will also involve travel from time to time as our clients are not all Bristol based.

What you'll need to succeed
If you're an employment lawyer who loves the HR element of your role, or an experienced HR practitioner, and would relish the opportunity to work more flexibly and autonomously then I'd love to speak with you.
