An exciting opportunity for a permanent HR Administrator within a fast-paced, leading, global distribution organisation in Northamptonshire.
Your new role
As a permanent HR Administrator you will be part of a small, friendly HR team in a true generalist role. This role is very much hands on and fast-paced, in a customer facing environment, you will be responsible for the end-end employee life cycle:
you will own the delivery of key people processes and will support with the implementation of organisational and system changes, supporting with talent management and development and improvement projects.
Responsibilities will include:
Being 1st point of contact within HR for basic HR queries.
Managing starters, leavers, offer letters contracts, changes.
Managing probation periods.
Checking right to work documents and requesting references.
Sitting in on disciplinaries and grievances as a note taker.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Administrator or alternatively as a Recruitment Co-ordinator or L&D Co-ordinator who is looking to get into a generalist HR Administration role. You will ideally be Qualified to level 3 of the CIPD or equivalent.
