We seek a highly motivated HR professional to join our expanding HR Operations team. You will look after a portfolio of schools and departments and be their first point of contact for all HR queries. You will advise and support managers, across the range of HR activities including: recruitment and selection, contractual changes administration, performance management, sickness absence and grievances. You will supervise one or more HR administrative staff and will assist with routine correspondence and processes, HR system administration and records management. You will take responsibility for your own work and professional development, seek out best practice and apply it, treat everyone fairly and put the interests of customers first.

To succeed in this role you will have a good general knowledge of human resources operations and experience, with good IT skills and attention to detail. You will need to be a confident and capable communicator with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a calm and focused approach.
