Your new company
This Midlands based Public Sector organisation are looking to bring on board an experienced HRBP on a permanent basis for a predominately remote working role, there will be some travel across the midlands on the odd occasion. The role is due to start as soon as possible. The role is a generalist HR role which also focuses on complex TUPE transfers, redundancies and ER. You will also be managing a team of 4 HR Advisors.
Your new role
This role will be a combination of line management for the HR Advisors in the team. Then you will also be responsible for all round HR duties including all ER responsibilities, TUPE, change management, reviewing of policies and procedures along with generalist support to the wider HR team and giving guidance and advice.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to be immediately available or shortly coming to the end of a contract. You will need to have strong line manager skills, an experienced HRBP background be able to work remotely and be happy to commit to a Regional permanent role. Ideally you will have ER experience and TUPE experience also.
