Your new role
This is a BRAND NEW role due to the company's current and future expansion plans and growth trajectory.
Working with the Senior Management Team and HR department you will be responsible for developing a recruitment strategy that is fit for purpose for the current and future business needs. You will also develop processes, procedures and systems to ensure recruitment best practice. You will also look at employer branding within the recruitment area to ensure the business is a employer of choice.
You will also be responsible for the hands-on recruitment process. This is from JD and advert creation, advertisement placement, recruitment agency liaison/relationships, ATS use, interviews, offers/rejections, onboarding and all other recruitment/HR administration.
Due to the growth trajectory this role will also involve proactive recruitment methods such as head hunting, online CV libraries, LinkedIn, industry networking etc.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Agency Recruiter to use their skills in the internal arena; OR a current Internal Recruiter who wants a new challenge and genuine career development.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a solid background in recruitment processes and strategy; have experience of recruiting at all levels from entry/operational staff, to management and director level.
Experience within eCommerce, marketing, technology, engineering and international roles is of particular interest to this organisation.
This role is open to both agency recruiters, looking for a move into Internal Recruitment and current Talent Acquisition/Internal Recruitment specialists.
