HR System Trainer for charity in Cambridgeshire, hybrid working options, pay rate flexible, outside IR35

Your new company
Hays are proud to be working with a leading charity in Cambridgeshire who are looking to appoint a Trainer to support their People Team as they implement a new HR system, CIPHR, on a temporary basis of 2-3 months.

Your new role
As the HR System Trainer, you will be co-ordinate training for all staff to self-serve and managers to set up recruitment on CIPHR. This will include scheduling dates, preparing training materials and delivering the training.

This will also include helping people to know how to and when to access CIPHR, practice their limited interactions with it and supporting them to focus on the importance and responsibility they have for their personal data accuracy on the system.

What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful HR System Trainer, you will have experience in training, including planning, organising and presenting training materials, as well as knowledge of HR processes and policies and ideally some prior use of CIPHR or another HR platform.

You will be organised and able to prioritise your workload, possess excellent communication skills and be able to communication how to use an HR platform to a range of stakeholders and be able to pick up HR processes.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive pay rate (rates are negotiable) and outside IR35. Flexible working options available, you will be required to travel to their offices in Cambridge and Norfolk.
