Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this exciting, niche SME based in North West London (hybrid working 2-3 days a week in the office) to recruit an experienced Interim Talent Acquisition Partner on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
Due to a surge in recruitment demand, this fast paced role will see you supporting HR Manager's across five businesses in the group, delivering end to end recruitment of roles at all levels of seniority.
You will be given access to their job boards, ATS, the Talent system and their PSL. Using your skills and expertise, you will advertise and source candidates, managing successful applicants through the interview process, to offer stage. Your focus will be on low cost and time to hire but they have a healthy budget if agency support is required.
Roles will be mainly engineers and warehouse staff, you will also support on back office and technical positions.
