HR Business Partner - Sleaford/Lincolnshire - circa £35 to £40 k DOE and qualifications and great benefits
Your new company
This is a continuously expanding SME organisation who has gained new business and contracts and is now in a position to add an additional HR head to their team. Currently this SME is at circa 200 staff, with more planned.
Your new role
You will manage the HR team and function, work in a full generalist operational HR capacity and also work strategically with the HR Director. This exciting new role will be working with the HR Director who has developed an excellent working culture but wants to add to this with continual improvements.

You will work operationally, providing a full HR service to the management and staff of the organisation. You will also get involved in projects around Policies & Procedures, Processes, Systems, Trade Unions, OD, L&D, Compensation & Benefits and Recruitment This is a truly great role for someone who wants to take their HR career forward into senior leadership
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have experience at working at HR Manager or Business Partner level, both strategically and operationally. Have experience of working with managers to offer a partnering provision, Trade Union experience, change management/OD, TUPE, succession planning and senior advisory skills.
Ideally you will be CIPD Qualified or working towards this.
What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered a competitive salary, circa £35k to £40k DOE and qualifications.
The role is working 40 hours a week but flexibility between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Ideally you will be able to work in the office a minimum of 2 days a week and the rest can be flexible - from home or office - as you prefer.
Much more than standard holidays - 28 per annum plus Bank Holidays
NB - the role will be covering 3 sites in the UK - mainly based in Lincolnshire but there is some expectation to travel further and occasional overnight stay.
