Job Details
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of People to join an international Not-for-profit research organisation for an initial period of 12 months. The position pays a salary in the range of £57,000 to £63,000 per year depending upon experience.
Reporting to the Interim COO, you will be responsible for delivering the key projects of the people strategy which has already been agreed. You will also be responsible for managing a team of 3 in HR.
The role will be carried out remotely in the main with one or two visits per month to the Central London Office. The ideal candidate will have international and UK HR experience and it would also be helpful to have experience of working with academics / researchers.
This position is to start as soon as possible so candidates who are available at short notice will be at an advantage.
