My exclusive client are a specialist healthcare provider near Winchester, who are growing due to being recently acquired by an established national group.
Your new role
This is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) for an organised administrator to join a successful SME business, with the potential for the role to be extended or made permanent in future.
This role is primarily office-based near Winchester, but it does also have the option to work from home 1-2 days / week. This role will cover general HR administration, monitoring of the HR helpdesk (phone / email), but also have the potential to support ER case work, HR projects, HRIS etc.
What you'll need to succeed
This role will suit an experienced administrator and someone who is immediately available or can start on short notice (within 2 weeks). The ideal candidate will have experience in a HR Administrator role (using Cascade) or have worked in a HR function and be CIPD Level 3 qualified.
What you'll get in return
A salary of £21,400 FTE (pro rata'd to 6 months), 25 days holiday + BH's, a day off for your birthday, free on-site parking, company pension (through Aviva) and group life assurance.
