Job Details

I am currently recruiting an Interim Employee Relations Manager for a University based in Central London.  The role will initially be for 5 months and will pay a salary in the range of £45,000 to £54,000 per year depending upon experience.

The role will be remote based until January 2022 and may then require some travel into the Central London office.  The ideal candidate will be and Employee Relations expert with experience of managing a team and being able to distribute work to business partners.

You should have: -

  • Experience of working in a Higher Education setting
  • Experience of handling complex casework
  • Experience of dealing with unions and union negotiations
