Your new company
Are client in the Insurance industry in Whetstone, Leicestershire and looking for 2 Customer Administrator to join their claims team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Your new role
Handling calls from customers with insurance claims and processing the claims this client are looking for candidates with a passion for customer services, with day to day duties including:

* Call handling
* Leading customers through claims process
* Providing empathy and support to customers in difficult situations
* Keeping customers up to date through online portal
* Customer account management
* Data input & keeping customer database up to date
* General administration

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm from the Whetstone office. The role is initially temporary with a view to becoming permanent after a successful probationary period.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role the customer are looking for experienced office support professionals; a background in claims/insurance is preferred but not essential as full training and support will be provided. You will be passionate about customer services and be able to show empathy and support above and beyond for customers in difficult situations. You will have strong problem solving and influencing skills along with great time management and organisational skills. Your main duty is to support customers, meet and exceed their expectations and provide reasonable and fair outcomes.
