We have a nice opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator or recruitment administrator based Portsmouth
Were seeking an experienced HR Administrator or Recruitment Administrator / HR coordinator to work as part of a large scale HR team providing a customer focused HR and Recruitment service.
Your role will be mainly focused on supporting end to end recruitment processes including :-
* Writing job adverts / placing on systems
* Reviewing applications and preparing cvs for managers
* Coordinating interviews and confirmations / interview packs
* Coordinating offer letters / processes and offer vetting documents
* Vetting process including processing documents / references and ID.
As an HR Administrator you may also be involved in full life cycle HR Administration processes including updating candidate files, answering queries and processing changes and amendments to contracts/hours or role.
We are seeking an HR Administrator with some experience of HR/Recruitment environments and solid administration and organisational skills.
Organised, methodical in approach able to follow processes for recruitment
Ideally used previous HR Systems and Applicant tracker systems.
This role will be offered on a temporary basis working via Hays HR through until Christmas but good potential for further contracts. The roles will be based in Portsmouth central office but possible for some home working.
