Newly created HR role Must be CIPD L5 Leeds base with some travel to Manchester
Due to the ongoing growth of the HR department , this is a newly created role .Reporting to the HR Business Partner and partnering closely with HR colleagues, Deans and management teams, you will manage your own caseload of operational work along with the opportunity to become involved in project-related activity. This role is based in Leeds, working with the Senior HRBP, but you will assume operational oversight of the Manchester site , working as part of a wider HR team who are based across the UK. This is a challenging but highly rewarding role for an HR professional who has the ability to successfully operate in a busy collegiate, environment. As a generalist you will advise, guide and support all staff and managers across the UK when required, so an element of travelling will be required. This role requires an HR professional who is CIPD qualified to Level 5 with excellent current knowledge of employment legislation.
