An International Accountancy Firm specialising in Private Wealth, Tax, Audits, Cooperate Finance and Accounting. You're new company is a top 20 Firm of Chartered Accountants and they are looking for a new Learning & Development Officer as they continue to expand globally, with a current headcount of 800 employees including partners.
Your new role
You will be reporting to the Training Manager, be the first point of contact for the L&D Department, Supporting with the implementation of new training, Coordinating large face to face Learning & Development events , Supporting with all L&D projects/ improvements, Assisting and Monitoring with career progression and General Administration for the Department.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have relative experience in HR or L&D Administration, previously worked in professional services, be an outgoing positive character and looking to develop a career in L&D.
