Interim ER Advisor, until the end of December, £17.00 p/h -£19.49 p/h or up to £37,000 for a FTC

Your new role
A really flexible opportunity for an Interim ER Advisor / HR Advisor, (until the end of December, could extend.) you can be remote based or working on a hybrid basis, within a fast-paced, growing, commercial tech organisation in Milton Keynes. You will be part of a small, friendly HR team, responsible for managing all ER cases from end-end, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management, maternity, paternity and flexible working and all related ER administration.Full-Ti me or Part-Time Hours will be considered.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have extensive ER experience, managing disciplinaries, grievances and sickness absence cases from end-end, within a commercial, fast-paced organisation. You must be able to start with no more than 2 weeks notice.
