Your new role This is a role working within an educational body based in Swindon, who are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to manage their recruitment process and their recruitment team. Day to day responsibilities will consist of:


* Managing agency relationships, which will include contingent workers, permanent recruitment, PSL reviews and tenders
* Responsible for the strategy and the forecasting of business recruitment needs
* Ownership of the recruitment budget
* Daily management of 2 within the recruitment team
* Attending interviews with candidates and advising line managers on interviewing skills
* Stakeholder management and setting expectations
* Create ideas to attract candidates and to build brand awareness.

What you'll need to succeed Due to the nature of the role, you will be expected to meet the demands of the organisation, therefore you will be an experienced recruiter. You will be at the core of the business and responsible for meeting the organisations requirements on both contingent and permanent members of staff.


* Experience with recruiting in specialised areas, as well as generalist recruitment
* Demonstrable experience of creating and implementing strategies relating to direct sourcing
* Ability to deliver high-class standards within your personal recruitment processes to both candidates and managers
* Strong evidence of recruitment expertise covering both attraction, selection, and retention of candidates
* Recent working experience in a Recruitment Manager role
