Our client in the Finance industry are currently seeking a Bond Administrator to work in a their very successful, busy, enthusiastic and highly motivated team in Rearsby, Leicestershire.
Your new role
Working as a Bond Administrator you will be providing administrative support to clients, brokers and underwriters with duties including:
* Data input
* Preparing and checking financial documents
* Digital document filing
* Preparing letters
* Assisting with outgoing and incoming post
* Email and inbox management
* Handling telephone enquiries
* Producing invoices
* General office administration
This is a full time role with hybrid flexible working available once training has been completed. This role is a 12 month FTC covering maternity leave.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role the client are looking for experienced Administrators and any prior experience in financial services would be desired and full training on bonds will be provided. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of IT literacy and be competent handling financial data.
