£27,000 (pro rata)

Part Time - 30 hours per week

 

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Coordinator based at their state of the art facility near Coventry. 

 

Reporting to the Apprenticeship Programme Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating their pioneering training programme supporting their apprentices to become the best they can be.

 

Duties may include preparing the induction, and onboarding.

 

Organised and methodical, you will manage the administration and maintain all relevant communications and support materials. You’ll ensure all data is accurately recorded, adhering to ESFA and our client's policies and procedure. You’ll be on hand to monitor the apprentices, overseeing the pastoral care, 12 weekly reviews, mentoring, and supporting the health and safety of learners. In addition working closely with their employer partners with apprentice weekly reporting of progress.

 

Confident and approachable, your role will include  engagement with internal stakeholders informed on all operational aspects. You’ll collate and deliver monthly management information on the progress of apprentices / schemes and actively promote the importance of adhering to key policies (equality and diversity, safeguarding, bullying and harassment and discrimination) among the apprentice community. 

 

With experience of supporting Ofsted / ESFA audits, you will have gained knowledge of carrying out regular performance reviews with apprentices. You’ll understand the importance of maintaining up to date knowledge of changes in apprenticeship programmes  and will maintain all the latest industry information and guidance.
