Your new company
This great public sector company based South of central Birmingham are looking for an experienced OD and ED&I candidate to join them due to an increase in workload on an 18 month FTC. The role is ideally to start as soon as possible and hybrid working is offered for this post as well as on site parking. The salary is up to £40,000 per annum.

Your new role
Within this role you will be required to design and deliver organisational design and ED&I programmes to the wider organisation to create a high performing and inclusive culture. You will be designing OD and inclusion projects, programmes and initiatives for the wider organisation. You will be working with management across the business to support leadership with the implementation of OD solutions across the trust.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to be an experienced HR professional who has strong experience in Organisational Development and ED&I. You will need strong facilitation skills, good leadership and stakeholder management skills along with great skills on implementation and design.
