Delighted to be supporting one of the UK's largest and longest established organisations within their field on the recruitment of an In-house Talent Partner.
Your new role
This role is to sit within a newly established team joining two other In-house Talent Partners and supported by two Resourcing Coordinators. The role is a fast paced and varied role, you will be responsible for advising on resourcing policy, processes, and approaches across their three sites in the UK. You will support the business in making sound hiring decisions and increasing stakeholder capability to hire and retain the best talent.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong background in an in-house role with an understanding and practical knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle. You will be expected to directly source, working with all levels of the business, managing key stakeholder relationships, and providing relevant recruitment. You will be a very organised and efficient individual with the ability to multi-task and keep track of various recruitment campaigns at one given time.
What you'll get in return Up to 45k based on experience. 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, performance related bonus and annual salary review, supporting hybrid and flexible working
