12 month FTC HRBP role based in Manchester


Your new role
We are partnering with one of our clients who are a large and well known education business. They are looking to appoint a HRBP. The postholder will work independently to support Directors and other seniors and Professional services managers to meet key business objectives through a strategic approach to people management challenges and opportunities. Collaborate with key stakeholders across HR and the business to proactively identify areas of strategic opportunity and lead the delivery of HR solutions which support the achievement of business objectives and improve organisational performance. Be an active member of the Executive Group (or equivalent senior leadership group) contributing to decision-making across all areas of the business, beyond people and HR elements. Work with a team of HR Professionals and HR Support staff in the provision of a pro-active, high quality and customer focused strategic HR service. The client group will be approximately 500 employees and this is an area where there tends to be more of a higher ER activity. This role will also be directly responsible for managing 1 HR Advisor. The role will be a mix of project work and operational HR activities working towards a wider HR plan. The postholder must be somebody who has experienced of setting new HR business plans and working towards strategic goals as well as operationally managing issues and being proactive.

The role will be to work in Manchester and will have a hybrid working patter which will be 3 days int he office 2 days at home.


What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified
At least 3 years experience in a senior level HRBP role
Experience of working with complex Er case matter
Experience of restructuring
Experience of implementing strategic HR business plans.
