This organisation is a great, growing company in the South Birmingham area. They are looking for someone who is already working at a HRBP level and is experienced in this field. They need someone to come into the organisation quickly and be able to hit the ground running in this FTC post,
Your new role
This role will include supporting and developing the provision of HR services, providing advisory services to all managers and stakeholders across the organisation. You will also be supporting on the development, implementation and monitoring of HR strategies, policies and procedures. Among many other duties you will also support the recruitment process centrally for the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to be operating at a HRBP level currently or in your most recent role, you will also need prior experience of working within the education sector, preferably MAT, Schools or Colleges. You will also need to be happy to travel to the South Birmingham office on a weekly basis and on a short notice period or immediately available.
