This large healthcare organisation based in South Birmingham are looking to expand and bring on board a Permanent HR Analyst to join the team. The role will revolve around Workforce and systems in particular therefore they are looking for someone from an analytical background who understands HR systems and processes.
Your new role
Within this role you will be supporting the line manager in information and systems to provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective service in all areas of the electronic staff records. This will include assisting the wider team with telephone and email queries from all members of staff and key stakeholders and help to maintain the functionality of the electronic staff records. Maintaining all of the HR systems, provide advice, guidance and training throughout the trust and any HR systems as appropriate. You will also be dealing with high volumes of data and information which you will need to input.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to be a systems savvy HR candidate who can deal with high volumes of data and deal with maintaining the systems at the organisation and deal with a high level of queries. You will need to have prior experience also working within a team and in a fast paced environment.
