Your new company
This large Education organisation based in the Bromsgrove area are looking to bring on board a temporary to permanent HR Advisor/Assistant. They are looking to get someone on board quickly in a temporary role and then transition them into the permanent post. They are looking for a generalist candidate who has previously covered all areas of HR previously.
Your new role
This role is a real generalist role and will involve some travel across some of the sites based in Birmingham. The role will cover dealing with all areas of Recruitment and the full life cycle. You will be running new starter inductions, dealing with records and all administrative duties along with dealing with staff queries around pay, sickness and absence.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have good generalist experience in an all round role previously. You will be able to travel to Rednal 3 days a week and work on site. Ideally you will have worked in the Education sector before or the public sector.
