HR Manager – 37.5 hours worked over 5 days per week, £35,770 per annum, plus staff benefits
The Lowry is a visual and performing arts venue situated at the heart of MediaCityUK, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations.
We are looking for a HR Manager to provide a high quality human resources service to the management team and employees of The Lowry, in order to achieve excellent employee relations and business objectives. The role will report into the Head of HR and will cover HR strategy, recruitment and onboarding, HR policy and procedures, employee relations, training and development and HR data and systems.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified to level 5 or above, have excellent knowledge of employment law and have previous experience within a HR generalist role.
This role is currently being worked both onsite and remotely.
