HR Officer, term time plus 4 weeks, based on site in Plymouth, Pro rata salary is £22047pa - £24828.

Your new company A growing Public Sector company with 24 sites in Plymouth (2200 employees) are looking for a HR Officer to join a friendly and engaging HR team (9 HR professionals) and company. Your new role This is an exciting development role, where the client is looking for a strong HR Officer with a L5 CIPD, they are looking for the successful candidate to develop into a HR Advisor in 2 years. This is a generalist HR role and you will be involved in HR Project Management, where you will be supporting a HRBP, who will mentor you. There is some travel with this role, so you will need to be able to drive to different sites. A DBS is needed for this role and is paid for by the client. This is a high challenge and high support environment.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Generalist with at least a L5 CIPD or have a L3 CIPD with HR experience and looking to complete the L5 CIPD qualification. You will need basic ER case management (essential), TUPE & Policy experience (desirable but not essential) and be a team player. As well as having experience in recruitment, policies, coaching and advising managers. You will be someone wanting to develop their HR skill set to from HR Officer to HR Advisor in 2 years. You will need to have excellent administration, communication, and organisation skills.
