One of the largest Internationally Established Commercial Banks
Your new role
You will join the HR team as a Recruitment Partner working in the UK market. You'll be working to a high volume of live roles, hiring from a range of junior positions through to mid-level and high level AVP roles all within the financial services market. You'll be working in a recruitment team consisting of three, one Recruitment Head and a Coordinator.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be required to have some experience within the financial services market and be able to work under a proactive, high volume environment. Having experience in direct sourcing and using your initiative in head hunting candidates is ideal. Agency applicants with experience in the financial services market are welcome.
What you'll get in return
Up to 55k + a hybrid working environment + bonus + 25 days.
