My client are a large financial services organisation who are going through an exciting period of change. Working locally and internationally, the company take great pride in supporting their vast portfolio of loyal customers.

Your new role

This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) to join at an exciting time where you can play a pivotal role in making a real difference to the organisation.

As the Talent Management and Coaching Lead, you will be part of a small but high-profile team. This is a new team coming together and you will also get to be part the growth and development of company services. You will work closely with your line manager, the wider HR team and the business; consulting, reviewing, developing and embedding the Talent Management & succession strategy and tools, continuing to develop and deliver the leadership development and establishing the internal coaching proposition.

As the business move to the second phase of a Workday implementation, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Talent Management capability of Workday is scoped out and implemented to meet strategic needs. The business is undergoing significant change; the skills for the future is central to the work of the team, and you will play your role in ensuring that the business identify and manage their talent to help the business and their people grow. Providing Internal coaching and assessment is also a key part of the service going forward, and you will be responsible for creating the coaching and assessment framework and helping the business engage with the business to deliver these services. This is an opportunity to create something new, fresh and innovative, and you will be joining a team that are dedicated to ensuring they make the business a great place to work and have some fun along the way.

What you'll need to succeed

This exciting opportunity will suit a disciplined, creative individual who can bring a unique brand and perspective to the business.

You must hold a coaching qualification and ideally a Hogan assessment qualification (or similar) with the following experience:


* Expertise in talent management and succession planning. You will have experience in designing and developing a talent management strategy that can work in a complex environment, but yet at the same time feels simple and value add.
* You will have a natural consultative style, helping our HR and business colleagues understand concepts in a simple way; you will naturally be able to blend the art and the science.
* Experience as a designer and facilitator of group interventions, particularly at a leadership level.

* Coaching skills and experience. You will be an experience coach who will have both the credibility to coach and work with senior teams/individuals and also the empathy to work with more junior colleagues.
* You will be experienced in using a number of assessment tools and have your finger on the latest and most innovative tools to meet our needs.
* Committed to ensuring planning, tracking and measurement are integral to our ways of working.
