We are urgently looking for a HR Systems Lead that also has experience of payroll to complete a project working for a high profile non-profit client.  Working closely with the HR team, you will complete, check and confirm the organisation configuration, set up the rules and terms and conditions and organize a pilot of managers, staff and HR for self service. This role will need to lead on the build of self service, workflows and security and ensure all testing on HR fields and data is carried out professionally. 

 You will also co-ordinate data import, conduct Payroll builds and data import and co-ordinate go live on both Self-Service and Payroll, whilst ensuring that the current HR team are able to run the system after your project is completed. 


You will have experience as an HR systems lead with  experience of different HR and payroll integrated systems, (ideally CIPHR, if possible) coupled with practical working experience of system set up/ configuration and data migration between systems. This role interfaces with a variety of different stakeholders including HR teams, IT colleagues, system suppliers, transformation and project management colleagues and acting as the super user of the system for the organisation.
