HR Business Partner - Strategic - Permanent - Picturesque West Wales Location - Hybrid Working

You'll be working for one of the most highly regarded employers in West Wales. Based just a stone's throw from the beautiful sea front, you'll part of the central Human Resources team working with a workforce across all sites.
Your new role
As Business Partner, you'll be taking a strategic lead in taking the organisation forward by working closely with Managers and key stakeholders across the business. You'll be looking to improve a number of key areas across the business and implement new processes and policies as you see fit. Projects include, cultural change, management coaching, reward and recognition, appraisals, learning & development and systems to name a few.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be an experienced business partner and able to evidence the impacts you have made on previous/current employer. We are dedicated on finding the right person who will demonstrate the commerciality and leadership skills required for this post. Welsh speaking ability is a benefit for this role but not essential. You'll need to be CIPD qualified to at least level 5 - ideally level 7.

This is a hybrid role, you'll need to be able to attend on site at least 1 day per week.
